Personal Information and Privacy

We do require some personal information from you so that we can manage your order. From time to time we will email you with details of new stock or special offers unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive these. We will not use this information for any other purpose or sell this information to any third party. We are not required by law to register with the Data Protection Registrar.

Jurisdiction

No contract will exist between you and Little Miss Chloe for the sale by it to you of any product unless Little Miss Chloe accepts your order by email confirming that it is dispatching your product. Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the UK and interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and Little Mis Chloe irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
